Seafood Au Gratin
Ingredients
- 2 c. each cooked crab meat, lobster or possibly shrimp
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 2 c. half & half cream
- 1/4 c. white wine
- Parsley, pimento, salt and pepper to taste
- Toasted slivered almonds
Directions
- Heat butter. Stir in flour. Add in lowfat milk and cream, stirring constantly till smooth. Add in wine and seasonings. Fold sauce into seafood. Top with almonds. Heat 10-15 min at 300 degrees.
