Sausage And Potatoes Au Gratin
Ingredients
- 1 (16 ounce.) pkg. smoked sausage, cut into 1/2 inch slices.
- 1 c. minced onion
- 1 pkg. au gratin potatoes
- 2 1/2 c. warm water
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 c. sliced carrots
- 1 pkg. minced broccoli (thawed) or possibly 1 bunch fresh broccoli
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions
- Cook and stir sausage and onions, for about 5 min. Stir in dry potatoes, sauce mix, water and pepper; heat to boiling. Cover and simmer. Stir occasionally, cook for 10 min. Stir in carrots, simmer covered till carrots and potatoes are tender (10 min). Stir in broccoli and cheese, cover, cook till broccoli is tender and cheese is melted. 10-15 min.
