Scrumptious Grilled Thick Sirloin Steak with Lemon-Pepper Crust
Wonderful steak dinner the entire family can enjoy! Ingredients
- 4-5 pound-2" Thick Sirloin Steak (I use a Meat/Butcher Market)
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- Scant 1/4 cup Lemon-Pepper Seasoning
- One Fresh Lemon cut into wedges
Directions
- On a hot grill (or you can do in the broiler or oven) add seasoned Sirloin Steak (Add butter by brushing on both sides of Steak and add Lemon-Pepper seasoning to both sides).
- Grill to your desired doneness (we Love medium rare)
- Cut Large Pieces add to a serving platter with lemon wedges.
- Enjoy!
