Scallops Wrapped In Bacon
Ingredients
- 1 pound sea scallops
- 1/2 pound lean bacon
- 1 sm. can pineapple chunks
- Toothpicks
Directions
- Cut each strip of bacon in half and wrap it around a scallop. Add in a piece of pineapple to the top, and skewer all three with a toothpick. Broil, bacon side up till bacon is browned. If desired your bacon well done, partially cook it beforehand. Yields about 30-40 appetizers.
