Scalloped Potatoes And Pork Chops
Ingredients
- 3-4 pound potatoes, sliced
- 1-2 onions, sliced
- 6-8 pork chops
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 2 c. water
- 3 heaping forksful of cornstarch
Directions
- Layer potatoes, onions, and pork chops in large baking dish or possibly pan. Mix cornstarch with lowfat milk till smooth. Pour over potatoes and chops. Add in sufficient water to bring liquid level to within 2 inches of top of pan. Bake at 325 to 350 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hrs. Serves 6-8 people.
