    A TASTY COMBINATION.

    Ingredients

    • 2 POUNDS SEA SCALLOPS, QUARTERED
    • 2 TABLESPOONS BUTTER OR MARGARINE
    • 1/4 CUP WHITE WINE
    • 2 TABLESPOONS LEMON JUICE
    • 2 TABLESPOONS CHOPPED CHIVES
    • 2 CLOVES GARLIC, PRESSED
    • 1/8 TEASPOON WHITE PEPPER
    • 1 POUND ANGEL HAIR PASTA, COOKED
    • FRESH PARSLEY SPRIGS, FOR GARNISH

    Directions

    1. RINSE SCALLOPS IN COLD WATER AND DRAIN.
    2. COAT A LARGE SKILLET WITH COOKING SPRAY
    3. ADD SCALLOPS AND BUTTER, COOK OVER HIGH HEAT 5-8
    4. MINUTES, STIRRING CONSTANTLY.
    5. REMOVE SCALLOPS USING A SLOTTED SPOON; SET ASIDE
    6. ADD WINE, LEMON JUICE, CHIVES, GARLIC, AND PEPPER TO
    7. SKILLET. COOK OVER MEDIUM HEAT 5 MINUTES, STIRRING
    8. OCCASIONALLY.
    9. TO SERVE, SPOON SAUCE OVER PASTA
    10. SPOON SCALLOPS OVER SAUCE
    11. GARNISH WITH PARSLEY SPRIGS.
