Sausage Patties with Sage
Savory, delicious and easy to make!
- ½ tsp. dried sage
- ¼ tsp. pepper
- ¼ tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
- ¾ lb. ground pork
- Combine first three ingredients in a large bowl.
- Crumble pork and add to bowl; mix well. Shape into four 3-inch patties.
- Cook patties in a large skillet over medium heat for 5-6 minutes on each side, or until meat is no longer pink. Drain on paper towels.
