Ingredients

  • ½ tsp. dried sage
  • ¼ tsp. pepper
  • ¼ tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
  • ¾ lb. ground pork

Directions

  1. Combine first three ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Crumble pork and add to bowl; mix well. Shape into four 3-inch patties.
  3. Cook patties in a large skillet over medium heat for 5-6 minutes on each side, or until meat is no longer pink. Drain on paper towels.
