- 1 lb Pork Sausage
- 2 tbs. Flour
- 3-1/2 cups Milk
- Salt & Pepper
Directions
- Add sausage to 1/4 inch of water in skillet.
- Cook until sausage is browned and water has evaporated.
- Remove sausage and serve separately.
- Add flour and mix with grease and leavings.
- Pour milk slowly, stirring constantly.
- Salt and Pepper to taste.
- NOTE: Will thicken as it cools.
- Serve over toast, biscuts or fried potatoes.
