Pam's sausage gravy for biscuits
Ingredients
- 3/4 lb ground sausage
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 cups 1/2 and 1/2
- tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- can of biscuits
Directions
- cook sausage and drain
- save some drippings if there are any
- whisk flour into drippings until smooth about 3 minutes on med heat
- stir in sausage
- add 1/2 and 1/2 slowly stirring until thick and bubbly
- add salt and pepper
- makes 3 cups
