Biscuits And Sausage Gravy
Ingredients
- 1 can Pillsbury lg. biscuits
- 1 stick butter
- 3/4 pound sausage
- 1/2 teaspoon black grnd pepper (or possibly, to taste)
- 1 c. flour (or possibly less for thinner gravy)
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 quart. lowfat milk
Directions
- Cook biscuits according to package. Fry sausage into small pcs. Heat butter in a separate frying pan. Add in black pepper, stir. Add in flour by tbsp till thick. Whisk in lowfat milk. Whisk till smooth and hot. Add in sausage, stir. Put sausage gravy on open-face biscuits.
