Sausage, Egg n cheese bake
Ingredients
- 70 lbs Breakfast sausage
- 8.75 gal bread, cubed
- 35 doz Eggs
- 35 quarts half and half
- 1 cup Salt
- 17.5 pounds shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions
- Brown sausage drain and chop.
- Cube bread and place in bottom of greased hotel pan.
- Sprinkle drained sausage and then cheese over bread.
- Beat eggs, milk and salt.
- Pour over bread, cheese and sausage,
- Bake at 350 degrees in preheated oven for 45 minutes until slightly browned on top but firm in the middle.
