Sausage & Cheese Quiche
Ingredients
- 1 pound bulk sausage
- 1 1/2 c. sharp cheese, grated
- 3 Large eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 3/4 c. Bisquick
Directions
- Brown sausage in pan. Mix Large eggs, lowfat milk, salt, pepper, Bisquick and cheese together. Add in sausage. Pour into 9" Pyrex pie plate and bake 30 to 40 min at 350 degrees. Serves 4.
