Sausage And Egg Scramble
Ingredients
- 3/4 pound pork sausage, bulk
- 9 Large eggs
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 c. garlic/onion croutons
- 9 tomato slices as garnish
Directions
- Heat oven to 325 degrees. Cook and stir sausage over medium heat till brown, drain. Place sausage in greased baking dish 9x12x2. Beat Large eggs, lowfat milk, salt and stir in cheese. Pour egg mix on sausage. Sprinkle with croutons. Bake uncovered till knife inserted comes out clean, 45-50 min. Let stand 5 min before serving. Garnish with tomato slices.
