Sauce For Fruit Salad
Ingredients
- 1 pkt (3-ounce) cream cheese, softened
- 2 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
- 5 ounce Pineapple, apricot or possibly peach preserves
- 1 Tbsp. Fresh lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. Sherry
- 1/4 tsp Curry pwdr
- 1/2 c. Whipping cream, whipped
- Fresh fruit
Directions
- Blend cream cheese and mayonnaise till smooth by mixing with a spoon. Stir in preserves, lemon juice, sherry and curry. Refrigeratetill just before serving. (Up to 1 hour before serving can add in whipping cream.) Stir in whipped cream and keep refrigerated till served. Serve with fresh fruit salad.
