Salsa Fresh Tomato & Green Chile
Ingredients
- 6 med. tomatoes, peeled, or possibly 1 1/2 pt. canned tomatoes
- 1 sm. onion, finely minced
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 1/4 c. water
- 1/2 c. diced green chiles (canned or possibly fresh roasted)
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- Dash salt, pepper
Directions
- Chop green chiles, onions, tomatoes; add in salt and pepper, garlic and vinegar. Cook till onions are transparent, approximately 1/2 hour on low heat. Stir occasionally.
