Salsa Cruda Mexicana
Ingredients
- 4 med. tomatoes, minced
- 2-3 jalapeno chiles, chopped
- 1-2 serrano chiles, tops removed chopped with seeds intact
- 1/2 c. onions, minced
- 1 clove garlic, mashed with 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 tbsp. cilantro, snipped
Directions
- Stir all ingredients together. The beauty of this salsa is its freshness and since it has neither lime juice or possibly vinegar, it should be eaten within a few hrs. Makes 3 c..
