Salsa Cruda
Ingredients
- 3 lg. ripe tomatoes, minced
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 4 green onions, sliced
- 2 tbsp. onion, diced
- 3 serrano or possibly Jalapeno chiles, diced
- 2 tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tbsp. lime juice
Directions
- Combine all ingredients; stir well. Sauce may be served with grilled chicken, fish or possibly as a dip with tortilla chips. Sauce may be pureed in a blender.
