    I love these salmon patties and make them often.


    • 1 can Salmon, de-boned with juice
    • ½ cup chopped onion
    • ¼ cup butter
    • 1 large egg
    • ¼ tsp. salt
    • ¼ tsp. pepper
    • ½ stack of saltine crackers, crushed with your hands


    1. Take can of de-boned salmon and separate until it is loose and mushy.
    2. Melt butter and add to salmon. Add onion, salt, pepper, egg, and crackers.
    3. Pat into patties. Patties will be loose and will not form well. Smaller patties will be easier to flip.
    4. Place in preheated, buttered skillet or griddle. Fry over Med-High heat until browned on both sides. Patties will be easier to flip after browning on the first side.
