    Ingredients

    • 3/4 cup butter, softened
    • 1/2 cup sugar
    • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
    • 1 egg
    • 2 tbsp milk
    • 1 tsp vanilla
    • 1 1/4 cups flour
    • 1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs (about 20 squares)
    • 1/2 tsp baking soda
    • 1/4 tsp salt
    • 1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
    • 2 cups (12 oz.) semisweet chocolate chips
    • 24 to 28 large marshmallows

    Directions

    1. In a mixing bowl, cream the butter and both of the sugars
    2. Beat in the egg, milk and vanilla
    3. Combine the flour, graham cracker crumbs, baking soda, salt and cinnamon
    4. Gradually add to the creamed mixture
    5. Stir in the chocolate chips
    6. Drop by tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheets
    7. Bake at 375 F for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown
    8. Remove to wire racks to cool
    9. Place four cookies bottom side up on a microwave-safe plate
    10. Top each with a marshmallow
    11. Microwave, uncovered, on high for 10-20 seconds or until the marshmallows begin to puff (do not overcook).
    12. Top each with another cookie
    13. Repeat with the remaining cookies
