Rum Fruit Cake
Ingredients
- 1 c. minced pecans or possibly walnuts
- 1 (18 1/2 ounce.) yellow cake mix
- 1 (3 3/8 ounce.) pkg. vanilla instant pie or possibly pudding mix
- 4 Large eggs
- 1/2 c. cool water
- 1/4 c. orange juice
- 1 teaspoon rum flavor
- 2 c. fruit cake mix
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease and flour tub pan or possibly bundt pan. Sprinkle 1/2 of nuts over bottom of pan, Mix all cake ingredients together. Pour over nuts. Bake for 1 hour. Prick top, allow cake to absorb glaze. Repeat till galze is used up.
