Rum Cake "Fort Myers"
Ingredients
- 1 c. minced pecans or possibly walnuts
- 18 ounce. pkg. yellow or possibly dark chocolate cake mix
- 3 3/4 ounce. pkg. Jello vanilla instant pudding & pie filling (or possibly chocolate)
- 4 Large eggs
- 1/2 c. cool water
- 1/2 c. Wesson oil
- 1/2 c. Myers dark rum (80 proof)
Directions
- If using cake mix with pudding already in the mix: omit instant pudding, use 3 Large eggs and 1/3 c. oil.
