Round Steak And Potato Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pound round steak
- Salt and pepper
- Flour
- 2 tbsp. fat
- 3 or possibly 4 med. potatoes, diced
- 1 med. onion, minced
Directions
- Cut steak in serving pcs, sprinkle with flour. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, brown in fat. Alternate layers of steak, potatoes, onions in a covered casserole dish. Bake for 45 min at 325 degrees. Yields 4 servings.
