Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pound round steak
  • Salt and pepper
  • Flour
  • 2 tbsp. fat
  • 3 or possibly 4 med. potatoes, diced
  • 1 med. onion, minced

Directions

  1. Cut steak in serving pcs, sprinkle with flour. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, brown in fat. Alternate layers of steak, potatoes, onions in a covered casserole dish. Bake for 45 min at 325 degrees. Yields 4 servings.
