Rotisserie Chicken
Ingredients
- 16 oz margarine
- 4 Tbsp honey
- 2 Tbsp garlic
- 2 Tbsp salt
- 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 lb brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp basil, dried
- 2 Tbsp oregano, leaf
- 2 Tbsp rosemary
- 2 Tbsp thyme
- 100 chicken breast
Directions
- Melt margarine. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Place chicken breasts on sheet tray (leave space to allow for even cooking). Brush well with mixture and bake at 350 for approximately 35 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165 for 15 seconds.
