Cajun Chicken Pasta
Ingredients
- 1 rotisserie chicken, bones and skin removed
- 1 TBSP Cajun seasoning
- 2 TBSP butter
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 small pkg fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 cup sliced onions
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1/2 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp lemon pepper seasoning
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 4 oz. linguini, cooked and drained
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
- Add Cajun seasoning to cooked chicken shake to coat
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add butter and sauté peppers, mushrooms and onion
- Cook and stir for 3 minutes.
- Add seasoned chicken
- Reduce heat
- Add cream and seasonings
- Heat through
- Add cooked linguine and toss
- Heat through and add Parmesan to thicken
