Rosti potato Ingredients
- potato 120 gr
- Claribied butter 5 cl
- Seasonning
Directions
- Cook the potato in their skin in water , until half way cooked, leave to cool down.
- Peel the potato and shred it then place in a hot pan with clarified butter, form a nice and even round shape.
- Cook until golden brown on both side and cooked in the middle.
- Pat dry with paper towel and serve
