    Ingredients

    • 2 cups all-purpose flour
    • 1/2 cup margarine, melted
    • 1/4 cup butter, melted
    • 1/3 cup powder sugar
    • 1/4 tsp. salt
    • 1 cup Oreo's mint cookies, ground
    • 2 cups mini marshmallows
    • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
    • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
    • 1/4 cup butter, melted
    • 1 egg
    • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
    • 1/4 cup almonds, chopped
    • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
    • 1 (8 oz.) cool whip
    • 1/2 tsp. peppermint extract
    • 1/2 cup dark chocolate bar, grated

    Directions

    1. Crust: Beat flour, margarine, butter, sugar, salt & Oreo mint cookies together.
    2. Pour into a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Pour marshmallows over the batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes..
    3. Cool completely.
    4. Filling: Mix cream cheese, flour, butter, egg, vanilla extract, almonds and chocolate chips. Beat until smooth.
    5. Spread over marshmallows.
    6. Topping: Mix cool whip, peppermint extract and chocolate bar, until smooth. Spread over filling layer.
    7. Decorate.
