Roasted Rosemary Potatoes
Ingredients
- 1 pound medium new potatoes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- One clove garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary leaves
- 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon dried mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
Directions
- Heat oven to 375°.
- Wash, dry, and quarter potatoes. Combine remaining ingredients and toss with potatoes. Place in shallow pan roast, turning occasionally, until lightly browned and tender, about 30 to 40 minutes. Roasting time will vary according to amount of moisture and potatoes.
