Roasted Pecans
Ingredients
- 1 lb pecan halves
- 2 T Butter, cut in small pieces
- Salt, to taste
Directions
- Spread the pecans on a baking pan. Roast at 250 degrees, stirring occasionally until they begin to brown and become aromatic, about 60 minutes.
- Stir in butter until pecans are coated.
- Return to oven and roast for 10 more minutes.
- Salt to taste.
- Store in airtight container.
