Ingredients

  • 1 lb pecan halves
  • 2 T Butter, cut in small pieces
  • Salt, to taste

Directions

  1. Spread the pecans on a baking pan. Roast at 250 degrees, stirring occasionally until they begin to brown and become aromatic, about 60 minutes.
  2. Stir in butter until pecans are coated.
  3. Return to oven and roast for 10 more minutes.
  4. Salt to taste.
  5. Store in airtight container.
