- Roast Chook
- 1 Lemon
- Olive Oil
- Butter
- Salt
- Pepper
- Ground Chilli
Directions
- Heat oven to 220 C
- Squeeze half a lemon and rub into chicken skin
- Baste with oil
- Sprinkle salt, pepper, and ground chilli to taste
- Insert into cavity both halves of lemon, a pat of butter, salt and pepper.
- Bake for an hour
