Red Lobster Biscuits
Ingredients
- 2 c. biscuit mix
- 1/4 c. butter (melted)
- 2/3 c. sweet lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. grated cheese (sharp)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic (can use more)
Directions
- Mix biscuit mix, lowfat milk and cheese till soft dough forms. Beat vigorously for 30 seconds. Drop by spoonfuls onto cookie sheet. Bake 8 to 10 min in preheated oven 450 degrees till brown. Brush with melted butter and garlic when you take out of the oven.
