Raspberry and Kiwi-fruit Smoothie
This smoothie tastes great! The combination of raspberries and kiwi fruit is delicious. I find that adding almonds to it helps me to calm my nerves sleep at night. An awesome bedtime smoothie. Ingredients
- 1/4 cup of raspberries
- 1 cup of milk
- 2 kiwi fruit peeled
- 2 Tbs of flaked almonds
Directions
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend together until smooth.
- Enjoy!
