RANCH POTATO CASSEROLE
These potatoes will bring rave reviews when you serve them! Ingredients
- 6 - 8 Med. Red Potatoes
- 1/2C. Sour Cream
- 1C. Ranch Style Dressing
- 1C. Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- Topping:
- 1/2C. Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 2C. Crushed Corn Flakes
- 1/4C. Melted Butter
Directions
- Cook Potatoes with skins on until tender. Mix sour cream, salad dressing & cheese. Quarter potatoes and place in a 9 x 13 pan, pour sour cream mixture over potatoes, mix well. Mix corn flakes, cheese and butter, sprinkle over casserole. Bake 350 degrees for 40 - 45 minutes.
