RANCH POTATO CASSEROLE

Ingredients

  • 6 - 8 Med. Red Potatoes
  • 1/2C. Sour Cream
  • 1C. Ranch Style Dressing
  • 1C. Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • Topping:
  • 1/2C. Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 2C. Crushed Corn Flakes
  • 1/4C. Melted Butter

Directions

  1. Cook Potatoes with skins on until tender. Mix sour cream, salad dressing & cheese. Quarter potatoes and place in a 9 x 13 pan, pour sour cream mixture over potatoes, mix well. Mix corn flakes, cheese and butter, sprinkle over casserole. Bake 350 degrees for 40 - 45 minutes.
