Rainbow Pasta Salad
Ingredients
- 1 pound rainbow pasta twists, cooked & drained
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 ripe tomato, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh basil
- 2 carrots, peeled & diced
- 1/2 cup mild red onion, minced
- 1/2 cup Italian dressing
- salt & pepper to taste
Directions
- Rinse pasta under cold water and drain.
- Mix all other ingredients in large bowl and toss in pasta. Season with salt & pepper
