Radish Soup Or Moo Kuk (Korean)
Ingredients
- 1 lrg Korean or possibly daikon radish, thinly sliced
- into bite-size pcs
- 1 x clove garlic, chopped
- 2 x green onions with some greens, chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 4 c. water
Directions
- 1) Combine all the ingredients in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil.
- 2) Reduce the heat and simmer unmtil the radish is tender, about 10 min.
