Rabe with garlic and chillie
very moreish and full of iron and antibodies for the winter flu, give it ago i like to cook this one when all the ingrediants are in season like most of my recipes. Ingredients
- one bunch of rabe washed and drained
- 4 cloves of garlic chopped small
- one chillie deseeded and sliced thinely
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- salt to taste
Directions
- boil the rabe until cooked
- drain properly and set aside
- In a frying pan heat your oil until hot, drop in the garlic and chillie
- garlic does not take long to start to brown do not burn.
- once garlic is starting to change colour put in the drained rabe add your salt for taste and toss until all ingredients are mixed
