Quick Twisted Tofu Raspberry Blue berry Sorbet
I call it twisted because Traditional Sorbet is water, sugar and pureed Fruit!. Has barely any fibre if any and no Protein. So I made my own. You don't even need to put this into the freezer. Just blend and serve for a quick dessert.! or a great breakfast! Flax is added at the end for a nice crunch and extra fiber! Ingredients
- 1 Container Sunrise Silk Tofu. Any flavor. I used Peach Mango.
- 1 Cup frozen Raspberries
- 1/2 Cup blue berries
- 1/8 or 1/4 Light Silk
- 1 Tbsp Golden Roasted Flax.
Directions
- Mix it all in a blender or magic bullet except the flax. add that at the end or not at all. I like the crunch!
