quick "Romanoff" sauce for fruit
a lighter, quick and easy play on the classic Strawberries Romanoff sauce. this version is 16 calories per 29 grams vs 96 calories per 33 grams of the classic version that I posted for comparison Ingredients
- 8 oz low-fat vanilla yogurt
- 2 tsp brown sugar
- 1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
Directions
- mix all ingredients together untill brown sugar is dissolved
- chill
- serve as sauce on cut fruit such as strawberries or pineapple
