a lighter, quick and easy play on the classic Strawberries Romanoff sauce. this version is 16 calories per 29 grams vs 96 calories per 33 grams of the classic version that I posted for comparison

  • 8 oz low-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 2 tsp brown sugar
  • 1/8 tsp ground cinnamon


  1. mix all ingredients together untill brown sugar is dissolved
  2. chill
  3. serve as sauce on cut fruit such as strawberries or pineapple
