Quick Mexican Dip
Ingredients
- 1 sm. container lowfat sour cream
- 1 sm. can Hormel chili with beans
- 1/2 block Mexican Velveeta cheese
Directions
- In a pie plate put layer of lowfat sour cream (use all); layer of chili (use all); and slices of cheese to cover. Heat in microwave for 3 1/2 to 4 min. Serve with tortilla chips.
