Quick Croatian sour cream rolls
These popular Croatian yeast rolls are very light and very easy to make. Ingredients
- 600 g cake flour
- 12 g baking powder (1 packet)
- 1 ½ tsp salt
- 200 ml sour cream
- 100 ml sunflower oil
- 200 ml warm milk
- 7 g dry yeast (1 packet)
- 1 tbs sugar
- 1 egg yolk, beaten
- 2 tbs coarse sea salt, for sprinkling
- Sesame and caraway seeds, for sprinkling
Directions
3.Divide the dough into two equal parts and flatten each with a rolling pin into a ½ millimetre thick circle.5.Arrange rolls on oiled or silicone lined baking sheet and leave to stand in a warm place for 15 minutes.Useful Links
