Quick and Easy Home Fried Potatoes

- 5 lbs. of potatoes – peeled
- 1 onion - sliced
- 3 cloves of garlic - chopped
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Paprika
- Garlic powder
- Dried oregano
- Chili powder
Directions
- Boil potatoes until fork tender.
- Let the potatoes cool and then quarter the potatoes.
- Heat a frying pan with the butter and a drizzle of olive oil. Place the sliced onion and the chopped garlic in the heated pan. Sauté until slightly golden; remove into a serving bowl.
- Place the potatoes on a hot griddle. Sprinkle with seasonings to taste and drizzle with olive oil. When the potatoes have a golden crust on one side, turn over repeat process on the other side.
- Place in the serving bowl with the onions and garlic. Toss and serve.
