    Ingredients

    • 1 lrg Reynolds Warm Bags Foil Bag
    • 1 Tbsp. Flour
    • 1 1/2 lb Sirloin steak, boneless,cut
    • 1 med Bell pepper, red, cut in str
    • 1 med Bell pepper, green, cut in s
    • 1 med Onion, sliced in rings
    • 2 tsp Chili pwdr
    • 1 1/2 tsp Garlic salt
    • 1/4 tsp Cumin
    •     Tortillas
    •     Salsa
    •     Lowfat sour cream

    Directions

    1. Preheat grill to medium-high or possibly oven to 450 . Open foil bag. Sprinkle flour in foil bag. Arrange beef, peppers and onion in foil bag in an even layer. Combine chili pwdr, garlic salt and cumin; sprinkle over ingredients in foil bag. To seal, double fold open end of foil bag. Place foil bag in a 1-in. deep pan. To cook, slide foil bag onto grill or possibly leave foil bag in supporting pan and place in oven. Grill 9 to 11 min on medium-high in covered grill or possibly bake 25 to 30 min in supporting pan in oven. Use oven mitts to cut open foil bag with a sharp knife. Carefully fold back top of foil bag, allowing steam to escape. Stir ingredients; serve with tortillas, salsa and lowfat sour cream.
    2. Makes 5 to 6 servings.
