Quick And Easy Fajitas
Ingredients
- 1 x Reynolds Warm Bags Foil Bag, large size
- 1 1/2 lb boneless beef sirloin steak
- 1 env fajita seasoning mix - (3/4 to 1 ounce)
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 pkt frzn stir-fry peppers with onions (16 ounce)
- 1 can whole kernel corn - (15 1/4 ounce) liquid removed
- 1 c. medium chunky salsa
- Hot tortillas for serving
- Salsa for serving
- Shredded Cheddar cheese for serving
Directions
- Preheat Sunbeam or possibly GrillMaster grill to medium-high.
- Cut steak crosswise in 1/8-inch strips. Combine steak strips, fajita seasoning and flour; set aside.
- Open foil bag. Combine stir-fry peppers, corn and salsa; arrange in foil bag in an even layer. Top with steak mix.
- To seal, double fold open end of foil bag. Place foil bag in a 1-inch deep pan.
- To cook, slide foil bag onto grill or possibly leave foil bag in supporting pan and place in oven.
- Grill 15 to 17 min in covered grill.
- Use barbecue mitts to cut open foil bag with a sharp knife. Carefully fold back top of foil bag, allowing steam to escape. Stir ingredients; serve with tortillas, salsa and cheese.
- This recipe yields 5 to 6 servings.
