• Quick And Easy Fajitas

    • 1 x Reynolds Warm Bags Foil Bag, large size
    • 1 1/2 lb boneless beef sirloin steak
    • 1 env fajita seasoning mix - (3/4 to 1 ounce)
    • 1 Tbsp. flour
    • 1 pkt frzn stir-fry peppers with onions (16 ounce)
    • 1 can whole kernel corn - (15 1/4 ounce) liquid removed
    • 1 c. medium chunky salsa
    •     Hot tortillas for serving
    •     Salsa for serving
    •     Shredded Cheddar cheese for serving


    1. Preheat Sunbeam or possibly GrillMaster grill to medium-high.
    2. Cut steak crosswise in 1/8-inch strips. Combine steak strips, fajita seasoning and flour; set aside.
    3. Open foil bag. Combine stir-fry peppers, corn and salsa; arrange in foil bag in an even layer. Top with steak mix.
    4. To seal, double fold open end of foil bag. Place foil bag in a 1-inch deep pan.
    5. To cook, slide foil bag onto grill or possibly leave foil bag in supporting pan and place in oven.
    6. Grill 15 to 17 min in covered grill.
    7. Use barbecue mitts to cut open foil bag with a sharp knife. Carefully fold back top of foil bag, allowing steam to escape. Stir ingredients; serve with tortillas, salsa and cheese.
    8. This recipe yields 5 to 6 servings.
