QUICHE – ANY KIND YOU LIKE
You can vary the following ingredients except for eggs and milk. It’s easy, quick and delicious Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 C milk
- 1 C cheese (your choice or mix – see alternatives) ham (or whatever you want)
- 1 tbsp. browned butter
- salt/pepper
- dash nutmeg
- Alternatives:
- slow cooked sweet onions until caramelized
- par-cooked broccoli
- mozzarella and old cheddar
- use your imagination.
Directions
- Whisk together milk & eggs
- Add all other ingredients and bake in partially pre-baked shell for approx. 45 minutes at 425F.
