Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 C milk
  • 1 C cheese (your choice or mix – see alternatives) ham (or whatever you want)
  • 1 tbsp. browned butter
  • salt/pepper
  • dash nutmeg
  • Alternatives:
  • slow cooked sweet onions until caramelized
  • par-cooked broccoli
  • mozzarella and old cheddar
  • use your imagination.

Directions

  1. Whisk together milk & eggs
  2. Add all other ingredients and bake in partially pre-baked shell for approx. 45 minutes at 425F.
