- ■2 scoops of Vanilla Protein Powder
- ■7 oz ice cold water
- ■4 ice cubes
- ■3/4 cups 100% pumpkin puree
- ■pinch of cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg
Directions
- Put all ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth.
